I have grow tremendously as person since starting here. In my experience if you want to become a valuable asset to Adelphoi you can. If you do that you will be rewarded. If you just want to punch a time clock and get a paycheck you can do that as well.

Problem solving, helping staff help clients. Handling emergencies.

Improve quality and quantity of work.

Trying to add team members while rewarding current team.
