I love working at Adelphoi Village, And seeing how the youth's personality is very between each other and how the way that they grew up very between each other I really enjoy doing what I can to help make a difference in their lives so that they can go on to live a normal and prosperous life
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to see the use from a different background all across the state of Pennsylvania from One County City two a completely different one and see exactly how different the lifestyles are even if it's just a short distance away from each other
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I just like being able to have some form of life insurance whether it's accidental or not just as a small states of caution in case something does happen and I like the fact that since I opted out of the insurance I actually got a little extra bonus on my paychecks
What makes you most happy at work?
I just like being able to interact with you you've see each morning make a smile laugh joking around with them but always making sure that I'm doing my job and making sure that they are doing what they need to do and staying on task so they don't get in trouble
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that we all do an amazing job in keeping the kids exactly where they need to be in their treatment plans. I like that all of us form bonds with the youth even if it is for a short while and we're not afraid to joke around with the kids to make their stay a little more Bearable for them
