It was amazing at first and for the first few years. But as you grow into the company you learn so much. Nepotism causes a great deal of animosity. Clearly, there is some staff/management who can do what ever they please, when ever. One of the major issues at work.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
So much has changed including the work ethic. There are a handful that I respect but most employees are slackers and not held accountable. Staff doesn't follow the rules, how do you expect the kids to follow them. But I do enjoy coming in daily and working. I like talking to the kids.

Offices are comfortable, well lit, clean.

Being available, less demanding, stop saying "my" and use "our".
What makes you most happy at work?
Coffee in the morning and a to do list. I like to stay busy.

Completing my work, seeing the kids, and when even a brief conversation makes a difference.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is key. Our Team is great. It's the outsiders of this team that cause the issues.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Directors, certain ones, need to do their jobs. There are some coworkers abusing everything including lunch time, PTO time, and a title. We work well together but I do not respect the slackers.
