Over the years moving up has gone well, sadly staffing issues have caused massive burn out and most staff, myself included.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vacation time package is very good.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Reduce the separation of higher management, better understanding of how situations actually are within their programs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More training, and requirements need to be raised for working in this field. Lack of knowledge, experience and overall understanding of the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct leadership is supportive, understanding and helpful. Sadly executive leadership is disconnected, unaware of stressors and makes fake promises for job situations to improve.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Reduce the size of the company. As a whole there has been a staffing crisis for years, while some programs have been closed there needs to be more. Combined programs, make full staff teams to reduce burn out.
