Student growth, be it academic or personal. Our kids are our mission, and being able to see them grow into amazing young adults who are ready to take on their goals/aspirations, makes all the hard work worth it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a company Adelphoi/Ketterer has done a great job with increments in salary, it just can be at times the starting teaching salary can be a drop off for many of the surrounding districts. The actual raises themselves are greatly appreciated and competitive.
