Everyone brings something special to the team. We work well together for families and youth. Everyone on this team is passionate about the overall well-being of families, youth and each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love my position, but there are no opportunities for full-time in this position. Unfortunately I will have to take another job for a second income, or leave this one all together in the near future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusivity. Treating employees like people and not just numbers. Just a really caring and beautiful group of people who care about the demographic they serve and each other. Honestly, one of the best companies I have every worked for. With caring and skilled leadership.
