I've noticed that peers at other companies are compensated much better for less work and stress.

Ideas, workarounds, contributions are not heard or taken into account then I'm left cleaning up a mess or reworking. Either pay me more or allow for balance so I can take advantage of the wellbeing benefits

The people at Adobe on average are wonderful. The org leadership gaps create barriers and stress that trickles down into daily tasks/dynamics, making things difficult on average. However, if things were better - I think we have the right overall team talent to be more impactful overall for Adobe/biz
