Recent Reviews About Aetna

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are groups you can join to get to know other employees who may not be in your department, so it is a nice benefit within the company. It's nice when we are all virtual to feel a sense of belonging, especially when there are so many employees.

Answer from Customer Success Dept.

Everyone supports one another. Everyone is quick to answer your questions and be there if you need assistance.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work well together and support each other. My team is very good about always answering each other's questions and making sure that we cover for each other when needed.

Answer from Customer Success Dept.

My coworkers work well together as a team. We support each other very well and have each other's backs. But it is very hard to get to know each other when we all work virtually and have never met in person.

Team communicates well and is very supportive. Across departments and up the chain of command most are helpful
