They seem to have an "open doors" policy that makes them very approachable and they're clearly enthusiastic about our goals and lead from the front.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having had unlimited flex time for several years and a month of PTO before that I was a little shocked to find out I only have two weeks of PTO every year. Medical premiums are a little more expensive than what I'm accustomed to as well.
