Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I typically work 10 hour days to get everything done that I need to complete. I have a Recruiter network and our base pay at my level is not comparable with other base pays in other companies based off of recent conversations. I feel there is so much room for growth here and I want to stay here.
