Leadership is always in a hurry, and they usually do not have time for employees. Decisions are usually rushed and not thought through. Slow down and take the time to listen to your employees' feedback.

There are still some market adjustments that need to be made to stay competitive with the industry.

I am the lowest paid in my role among others within the same group. I am also below market for my role and locale. While there is a room for growth, in the meantime, it will make me feel better if the company adjusts my base compensation to an amount that makes sense and that is competitive.

Very tight deadlines and long hours.

Some of the systems do not communicate well. Also, there is certain information that we need to obtain and the data is on the system but we have difficulties producing reports that translate the data into information that we can analyze.
