    Everyone understands that leadership is there to support you and grow you. Never once have I seen someone who felt like they were living in fear of making a mistake

    We push each other, daily. We challenge each other's ideas in a respectful way driving amazing creative abrasion, leading to some amazing outcomes.

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Currently there is no bonus structure for many. While the base salary is generous, equity and bonus structures for all in management roles would align the company to many competitors.

    I just think the family medical is a lot but it is also understandable.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
    YES, very much so, in my opinion .
