Wearing multiple hats is expected within any role within Asurion at times. However, more often than not the line in which "multiple hats" vs. doing the work of someone else that gets paid more than you is crossed often. Leaving one to feel that they are overworked and under paid.

I have not been hired into Asurion. I've been under contract with a third party company for almost a year. I have not been given any direction to when I will be hired in, yet during my interview I was advised it would be after 6 months. I still do not have any of the benefits that Asurion offers.

A better "One Team" mentality and the focus of being solutions oriented. I find that a majority of teams will point the blame towards other departments or peers instead of working together to action plan a solution. Some do not wish to do the hard work, but are not held accountable for it.
