I enjoy it. It's challenging and satisfying. I do think there is a can-do attitude but that sometimes translates into workaholism, driven by short turnaround times or picking up slack from lack of resources. Overall I enjoy it though.

Very transparent, relatable, driven. Love the bi-weekly updates and that they're not just business, but are human.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There has been a lot of attrition and we're all taking on so much more work and the business continues to do well. Would love to see compensation increases reflect that more than normal.
