We seem to try at a high level. Certain teams, including my own, have very good managers which makes work enjoyable. There is just an unhealthy level of competitiveness to show what you have done individually to succeed. Teams work in silos and nobody knows about other projects and initiatives.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work culture is setup to be very individualistic. Success appears to be battled over instead of team focused.
