Leadership is committed to growth and development on all levels. All levels of employees go through developmental training, growth plans, weekly one on ones, and have access to transparent job postings and opportunities.

Paid maternal and paternal leave even for those adopting. It shows that Asurion cares about employees, their families, and things that are important to them beyond the basics that are required of them.

Approachability. Regular meetings and communications with several levels of leadership. It really helps set the tone that this is a workplace that thrives on feedback for all levels- not just those on the phones.

The willingness to help each other succeed and grow. This is not the kind of cut throat environment where people succeed by making others fail. We all help each other move up and celebrate each other's successes.

Love the sense of community and recognition. We have so many different recognition platforms- virtually through ACE and teams/slack, in person. The recognition also has multiple layers depending on preference from public to private with rewards attached.
