Overall Asurion has been the best company I have personally worked for in my life . in the short span of 3 years I have been promoted each of those years. No company that I can think of has that kind of fast track promotion and development. I am extremely happy to say I work for Asurion.

we encourage new ideas and approaches to different situations. we celebrate every win big or small

being able to solve a customers problem and make that situation good instead of a bad situation. also seeing my employees grow and succeed

the amount of different backgrounds , ages, ethnicities , its a rainbow of culture and knowledge . I love the differences we each bring to the table
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the culture and training that leadership has provided has made it easier to stay and grow . no other company has leadership that actively coaches , mentors, and develop like Asurion
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
for the amount of work we as leaders do , the pay should reflect that . while Asurion has done a tremendous job at making it a competitive pay , we still at the store level are underpaid for the metrics we are seeking to attain
