Pay is not aligned with the job duties and additional responsibilities that come at you daily. Benefits are expensive for what we pay out of pocket

The leadership team is engaged and involved in ensuring employees are appreciated, supported and that we have what we need to be setup for success, in our roles.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel the pay is adequate and fair and we have opportunities to participate in the company's incentive programs. These programs reward hard work and great performance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the fact that my current and former teams are supportive and we compete with each other instead of competing against each other. This allows us to help each other become a better team and more productive leaders,
