My manager and senior manager are fantastic. They provide great support, feedback, and direction and put an emphasis on personal and professional growth.

We all like each other and everyone strives to do their best. There is no one holding us back who is incompetent at their job.

They are fun, smart, and motivated! We work hard and play hard. We all drive to not just meet the regular expectations of our team but also to innovate, automate, and continue to take our work to the next levele.

People are motivated to work hard and collaborate, for the most part. I also really appreciate the emphasis they have on diversity & inclusion and the opportunities to participate in sessions and activities outside of our part of the organization.

They have a robust Diversity & Inclusion program with many ERGs. Some of the ERGs are very active and have provided places to meet people, learn more, and get involved. On another note, everyone is so friendly and wants to help each other - you never have to feel nervous reaching out to someone.
