Mainly the drive and the quiet, not hearing a coach act fake in order to get a "win"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It won't matter, asurion is a business and it's business is to cut costs where it can. No other way around it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They can approve my pto or vto, everything aside from that it's just fake motivation and fake happiness when someone gets a sale. Just make the sale and go on. The coaches only care about their metrics, nothing more.
