My direct leadership (Manager) appears to work hard to make our job easier and provide better resources to do our job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think my department needs a better evaluation and a serious look at tasks and decisions being made in comparison to employees/time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My title is Security Operations Analyst. If you search the pay range, it goes from about $65k-$90k... Current pay is around $48 meaning well below the average for the title. The loophole used is we are not Information Security, we are physical security.. Would love to discuss
