
Systems and equipment being shipped becomes a problem. Attendance and timekeeping should be handled by another group.
Better pay. I'm not sure I understand why leaders are getting the same pay. We have put in our time and are licensed in insurance. Why not raise the pay? We want to retain top talent at the leadership level. Let's show them.
It's nice to see all our new hire employees receive a good starting wage and our frontline employees see an increase. What about the leaders above them? Experts with hourly, bonus and sales bonus are making as much as leaders now. Why not an increase for the leaders?
