
We need to focus on actually providing good customer service so these customers aren't so angry all the time.
WE work from home so we just float out here. Team meetings and coachings are always cancelled because we are so far behind
I've worked here for over 6 years and barely make a living wage. We used to at least have some perks when we worked in the building but now we are work at home we get no perks. Sending me a granola bar for employee appreciation day is just insulting.
Provide at least some kind of leadership. We are absolutely drowning here and they do not make any type of changes to help us out. I'm not sure what they do all day but it's not anything that helps us. The just want the demographics that their higher ups see to look good.
This is the third team I have worked on and it's a complete mess. We are so far behind all the customers are just livid by the time they get to us. How would you feel about getting yelled at, cursed at and demeaned for 8 hours a day? The other teams I worked on were great. I'd like to write more but
