In general, my immediate peers and the team I lead are highly motivated and competent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Clear bonus structure; I understand how my efforts contribute to whether a bonus is earned or not.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strategically, what they're doing seems to be working overall. Company is taking the right stance on diversity and inclusion.
