I have worked with Asurion for 1.5 years, This is my retirment company. I will stay with this company until I retire. I love the Principles they stand for, as well as helping everyone live the Asurion life. I love giving Ace shoutouts, and its even better ecieving them for doing great!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are smart, well rounded in each aspect of the comany, we can each learn form one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to care about what I care about, My growth with in the company, as well as my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The last pay raise- I was told I was at a cap for my position, and given a lump sum bonus. I have went above and beyond and had exceptional quarterly checkins. I dont believe each positions should be grouped together. It should be based on each individual, and their quality of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am a Field Quality Analysis. So I love my position being able to help people. weather it is a Technician, Supervisor, or sometimes even the SRM. I work at home 90% of the time supporting my team, and Virtual Repair Partner program. The other 10% I travel to the in market stores doing monthly tasks
