Great company but not a place to make a career. This is a place where someone should join, learn and leave as growth opportunities diminish when we reach a certain level. Anything from Level 4 and above is just impossible for long time employees.

One of the key things is that leadership focusses on diversity and inclusiveness and this is great as the company wide culture has improved because of this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Asurion has dynamic environment where challenges are constant and this helps us to be on our toes with respect to adopting the changes. This is really positive as we use cutting edge technologies on a daily basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am here from a long time and the folks who join recently get better pay package and go up the ladder easily as they don't have any baggage. Being one of the most knowledgeable and experienced, long time employees are always undervalued here.
