Love the work and the people, but no career paths for me unless i took a manger position. I had turned down those options previously because I'm best suited for Software Engineer and Architect role. I have delivered over the years with only one promotion so that is causing me to want to leave.

We work well together and all have good grasp of what is expected to be successful
What makes you most happy at work?
The work and projects that are always changing in nature. Only when i worked and a constant did i encounter such interesting problems to solve, and i love to create. This role always me to fo just that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been years since i was last awarded stock options, and promotion paths for senior engineers are not on par with the industry. I have had one promotion in 13+ years even though I always get stealler reviews and I have taken on so many new work loads over the years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good communication from upper management, and I have always linked the tie to Stanford since both my parents graduated from there. Seriously though I like the vision and direction the company has taken over the years, and the vision has never been a complaint of mine in my almost 14 yrs at Asurion.
