Love the company, love being a part of it, overall a great company. Wish there were more oppurtunities for advancement & being involved in projects, particularly for lower leveled employees. I also wish managers were more collaborative with employees & i wish compensation & PTO were better.

Everyone is friendly and gets along with eachother and we have no issues, we all understand eachother and can relate to eachother
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping out the customers, resolving issues, interacting with my coworkers and seeing all the crazy stuff we deal with oj a daily basis
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need more response from HR on certain issues, and the leadership is rarely transparent. We also need quicker and more robust action for issues relating to HR and reporting certain behaviors
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though, for the amount of training and work we have to do, we do not get paid fairly. There are regular retail workers at companies such as walmart that make a comparable amount or more to the starting anount asurion offers, and raises are very small amounts. They should be paying more
