They recognize that employees are the heart and soul of their success. Please strive to hire and keep only the best!

What are some of the best things about your team?

The knowledge and experience of some of our team members, and their willingness to share and assist, is second to none and has been critical to a seamless process when other teams have had turnover.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay bands have remained stagnant in spite of inflation and higher wages for entry level individuals. Experienced individuals who choose to remain in roles as SME's are not valued in terms of promotions and therefore penalized when it comes to pay increases once they hit a ceiling.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Some teams received mid-year increases because their management team fought for them. Unless a team is having turnover, compensation increases are not a priority. Stability and experience should be valued and rewarded more than it is. Pay is not keeping up with cost of living in Nashville area.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are committed to quality work, being helpful, and solving problems. Overall it is just a team of good people, who want to do the right thing, with a recognition that work is just one part of our lives equation. At the end of the day, it's all about who you work with.
