I've really enjoyed working here. So much so that I helped my wife get hired on at the company. I want to make a career out of this place, which in this day and era is unheard of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation feels pretty good, health care options are great, 401k is straight forward and doesn't take forever to vest.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In general they are open about their goals/concerns/etc. I like that they wear their hearts on their sleeves for the most part.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like the work I do matters, and that the team gets the proper support and praise to keep that feeling of mattering going strong.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very aware that we win or lose as a team. So they are happy to help one another, and open about how they are progressing on their smaller goals that feed into the overall team goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like how many people care about me as a person. I have had people ask about my personal interests, health, family, etc. The company acknowledges that a worker can be distracted by life, and soemtimes the company can help with that or co workers can, etc.
