Love Asurion and I am here for life! I am very grateful for the opportunities that have been afforded to me. My leadership is phenomenal. I love my job! However, work/life balance is extremely lacking. Even with having unlimited PTO, it sometimes does not seem worth to take it due to the workload

Asurion has provided me great opportunities to challenge myself and get outside of my comfort zone. Also, my leader supports me 100%, and the value of a good leader is immeasurable.

I would say that I have been severely underpaid until recently when I received an increase.

They are engaging and have a sense of humor. They' re also transparent and give a clear vision of goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that work/life balance is understood amongst my leader and executive leadership. They understand that people have other priorities outside of work, and let us flex our hours as long as the job gets done. They have understood that after COVID, work/life balance has changed forever.
