I like my job, I just need time to do it. Stop feeling so pressured and so overwhelmed. constantly getting spread sheets that need to be done asap but cant get done because of the back to back non stop calls.

My coworkers are great. They are under the same pressure and we help each other out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company does try sometimes to boost morale but they also put a lot of pressure on us
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leadership does not respect us. We were constantly working through this pandemic. Can we have a bonus for staying? Asurion is giving $1000 sign on bonus's... can we get a bonus? Help with our internet bills?
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company needs to stop thinking that we can do everything. I dont have time to complete my task but they expect to do every other departments jobs. I do not mind helping, but leadership is not worried about the 80 claims in my back only how the que looks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership is more worried about how many claims are in the queue. And not what is in our work basket. We only get 30 min to work our pending baskets. We receive back to back calls, and have 60+ pendings, then we have to do SC finds, and work that other departments dumped on us.
