I've been with the company for over 15 years. I've gotten to work in several different levels and departments. I love Asurion and don't see myself leaving anytime soon.

What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I can make a difference. I like the flexibility...if I need to pause for a second and be a dad and then come back to be an employee I can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the Diverse and Inclusive culture. I love that everyone has a voice. I like to tell people that Asurion runs on "Intellectual Capitalism". Your worth is defined by what you bring to the table. Not your pedigree.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has a very family atmosphere. We are not competing against each other but rather competing with each other to attain the team goals. Everyone has a voice and contributes. We collaborate frequently and brainstorm together to make sure we check each others work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The candidness Tony and Barry have shown during the pandemic about the difficulties we are all going through personally and professionally has really humanized them in my eyes. I love the business updates we get regularly because i feel the short 15 min check in every other week is helpful.
