The company is great, I am just working under my potential and I have mastered my job so I am bored. I am also NOT taking the Vaccination so I am concerned they will keep me if the company decides to mandate COVID vaccinations. IT IS MY BODY AND MY CHOICE.

What makes you most happy at work?
I would be much happier if I did not have to return to the office - prefer to work 100% remote since I demonstrated I could overachieve remotely for the past almost 2 years. The company is not going to retain or attract top talent who want to work remote we will move on.
