They truly care about their employees, both inside and outside of work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They make the culture very inviting and fun, it makes you want to go to work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't agree with new external hires coming in and making more than internal employees, its like they do not value us as much. I also feel everytime that they make a pay increase they should be giving tenured employees raises when they increase the starting in pay in a department.
