What do you like best about the leadership team?

You are encourged to be yourself - Asurion really values the unique qualities that everyone brings to the team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Asurion encourages everyone to bring new ideas, they do care about their employees and invest heavily in professional development.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love the bi-weekly Leadership Meetings with Tony, the quarterly Town Halls. Executive Leadership does a good job of making sure company priorities are communicated to all leaders.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Starting pay is competitive but in-role wage increases are few and far between. Wage compression is a real issue for tenured employees, and Asurion has struggled to remain competitive in the rapidly changing Nashville job markent for retaining expierenced professionals.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation in the Nashville area has not kept pace with the job market over the past couple years and yearly increases are tiny. A number of peers have left for better pay and I'm worried that I'm making the wrong decision by staying.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Ops Leadership pay has been stagnate for years at Asurion and performance incentives are focused entirely on sales. I want a fair base salary as well as monthly incentives that are based upon my individual goals, not an end of year rating chosen by a Sr Mgr/Director that have been moved around.
