Very positive in the early career years. Stagnant and bias as I have reached higher levels due to the fact that there continues to exist favoritism, recency performance rewarding and promotion, minimal diversity at the highest levels and focus on Nashville only growth.

that I can make a impact on the outcome of a project, deliverable or decision. And that my team is qualified, driven and aligned with my goals and our business partners
What do you like best about the leadership team?
through our bi-weekly meetings, our leaders are coming across as empathetic, trust-worthy and commutative about the direction we are heading. They have been inspiring and relatable. One still questions where the positive spin hinders that day to day reality of folks who struggle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a private company the options given reduce the actual compensation in comparison to companies where stock is owned and vested at the start of employment. Each time we pray we can get more of our vested options. The total compensation is far below to our so called comparable companies.
