When an employee voices a concern, act like you actually give a damn about them and don't just shut them down spouting canned corporate bullshit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that I have many years of experience, and then corporate can't get me employees, and decies to take away my potential bonus for a shit "guaranteed" bonus, but instead of calculating it based off on months I was staffed, decide to use understaffed months when the goals were unattainable.
