
Finding worthy positions for the employees that have consistently performed/excelled at their current positions.
I currently have 3 weeks left in my position and I have absolutely no idea what position will be offered to me after that.
Implement a way to get rid of the employees that are consistently dragging down others along with promoting the employees that perform and compensate them so they stay.
Low performers stay longer then employees that want to perform and move up. There needs to be more to push out the low performers because keeping them just push outs the high performers.
Employees under me are paid more than me hourly. When applying for other positions, compensation doesn't see to consider your current position or pay. When they give an offer there's also no room to negotiate pay.
