Friendly, and genuinely care about you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide regular updates and try to answer employee questions as time permits.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I accomplish a goal or I see a project to the end.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health is not bad, but Asurion does pay a good portion of the premium.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At least the direct few levels of management above me push for positivity, and dismiss negativity. There is no blame game nor finger pointing.
