I love what I do but it is extremely challenging with constant changes. Change is great but not constantly. It feels like we are constantly running a marathon and never have enough time with everything on our plate.

I do not know most of them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers that I can count on are the most valuable. They help keep me going thru stressful times.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some that always go the extra mile but some do not and it feels like we are held to different standards.
What makes you most happy at work?
When someone tells you good job it means so much. We are quick to say when you need to do better but slow to say hey, great job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think coaches should get paid more compared to what we do. The stress and constant change takes a toll and it would be nice to get paid better. They keep bumping the pay for experts but not for coaches.
