I prepared myself for Asurion by learning sales for year before I got hired. I turn down a 20hour job for a 12hour to work here because i really like the company. Now its total poop show. It looks like the Store level they will fail, I have theory on it.

We work pretty good as a team. There are some things certain people can do better and i am not here to teach them.

It seems like we are kept in the dark and forced to relocate without proper notice or discussion. Store management is good and does show leadership qualities. Lacks communication and honesty.

They can stop lying, have a sales manager type person to visit, the main managers to sometimes come to the store instead of watching cameras, stop having kidish contest for sales and actually have real incentives and goals to work towards for Ausrion and team

The store manager does a good job and he does what he can. As for the one above him not so much because i never see them to actually talk them about anything. It seems like we are monitored by the store cameras not for safety but to see we are doing our job. Awkward and lazy

Nothing positive. I was looking forward in working for Asurion because i was familiar with the company. the new management does not care about raises only H+. It looks like H+ is the only way we can make a livable wage. I like selling H+ and it not good if the pay raises are low to force us to sell

All I got for a raise was like 20 or 30 cents, which is not even cost of living. I was basically made to work at another store because the store by my house had too many people. Long story short everything i was told is a lie and they had several people work at the store i was told to move from
