There is a real camaraderie which is really hard in a predominantly Work at home environment like this
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the compensation for my position is not really inline with other similar companies in my area for similar positions
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team are well qualified however their are some I feel may have been put in this position just to fill seats instead of real qualifications.
