Multiple factors majority revolving around; lack of leadership, changes in management, quality of management, and department displacement. The lack of communication and effectual efforts towards improvement of departments without any knowledge of them and their process.
How can department Grow with a good employees if every effort is denied only to go backwards and hinder progress. Understaffed, unappreciated, underpaid. More money and management that listens, cares and is knowledgeable about departments and their employees.
standing up for what they believe in rather than just falling in line with their superior. Listen to people that work the floor everyday and actually understand what is required and what it takes to improve departments and not just a systematic/ numbers standpoint.
