I have been with the company over two years. I definitely plan on staying with the company because of how they treat their employees as well as the community.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have excellent medical benefits. I feel we are compensated very fairly as well as the bonus program is very fair. Its based on your performance and not seniority which is excellent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have many different groups we can be a part of. The company is extremely diverse and supports all cultures. We can volunteer for different events that help the community especially children in need.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the positive environment that we have. Even if we need constructive criticism they do it in a positive way. Especially my coach he motivates you to always achieve your best possible result.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along very well. I am sort of a leader on my team and they always know they can come to me with any questions or if they need any help without feeling like they did something wrong.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They definitely make you feel like they actually care about you as an individual not just a number. They have gone above and beyond for me especially when my father passed away. One of the reasons I will continue being an employee.
