You are able to be who you are comfortably. There is a space for everyone no matter your beliefs, Ethnicity or gender.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being on a team at asurion feels as if you have extended family. They help motivate you. They help you succeed. When feeling down someone is going to cheer you up.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing progress makes me most happy at work. Knowing that what I am doing is working. Helping my customers perform tasks that they could not do on there own. Hearing that sigh of relief when assisting my customers. Those are the things that make me happy at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like how my leadership Team brings out the best in each other. They are all different but yet have the same standards. Coaches that I have encountered have been Great and very inspiring. They help you to hit your Goals ensuring you make the most money possible!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation Package is that not only are you paid for showing up. You are paid for hitting Goals and also you can receive prizes when there are Contests. And the prizes are Great! The Prizes truly feel as if they are a token of appreciation.
