My experience has been okay, I have not had any promotion opportunity. I have excelled in my current role, with hardly any recognition. I only feel valued for what I'm currently doing for the company now. I have a wealth of experience and education but never considered for other opportunities.

Steady increases in workload and lack of work life balance, and redundancy. Being paid fairly for the amount of workload.

Being recognized for a job well done, being considered for roles based on performance and education and not who you know.
