I actually see diversity in my coworkers. There is no 'one way' to look, think, or act.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers keep me laughing. They support me when I'm at a low. And I know I can count on them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
So far, I've seen leadership follow through with their commitments. They make an effort to do more than "talk the talk".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When something isn't right, someone is willing to take action. I have yet to see retribution taken when a team member expresses their feelings or is unhappy with current state.
