I love it. It's the best place I've worked. I trust them. I wish we took the time to truly develop my career rather than just say we do, and I wish there were ways for me to feel like I'm progressing in my career even when moving "Up" isn't an option. Sometimes I don't feel seen.

The genuinely seem to care about culture and cultural growth.

Getting to see the results of what I do, getting to influence end games, and work across teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, people are team players with good attitudes. We're all willing to help each other. Everyone is intelligent and gets stuff done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel stuck in terms of being able to move up despite proactively asking for development and help. Outside similar opportunities sometimes pay better and offer ways of feeling progression even if I can't move "up" , but our culture has kept me here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The openness to be challenged. The people-first approach. I've never once been told to put work above my familial needs, mental health, or anything personal. The flexibility to focus on being my healthiest, best self so I can bring my A game to work everyday is a top reason I stay.
