very good I am happy with the company as a overall they gave me a chance and have been here for over 3 years good company overall started as a operator and slowly moving up as a specialist and worked in multiple departments

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when they raise the pay of new starts they should raise the pay of current employees as well doesn't have to be much but don't pay someone who has been here for 5 plus years the same as a new start or just barely more
